The hotel is located right at the beach and is easily accessible to Marco Polo airport or the docks to catch the ferry into Venice or the other islands. the hotel is in a quiet position but only a couple of minutes walk to the main pedestrian walkway in centre of the city. the rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms and some offer a view of the sea. the breakfast selection is varied and includes freshly cooked eggs.

The walls of the rooms are somewhat thin and allow noise from adjacent rooms to filter through.

The location of the hotel is quite good - everything is nearby. The hotel's staff helped us every time we asked, there was no confrontation with them. The room was quite small, but clean and the tap, shower, windows, etc were in good condition. The noise from outside at open window was tolerable. The check in and out was very fast -we did not have to wait at all. All in all we were satisfied.

Perhaps the only real problem with this hotel is the price/value ratio. This is not a real 4* hotel, but a good 3* one. The swimming pool (?) of the hotel is not a swimming pool...and good for nothing. The photo at the hotel's web site does not show well the real (and very small) size and rates of it. Besides it was only open between 14.00-17.00...So do not choose this hotel for its wellness part, but for the good location! The selection at breakfast was very small and boring. Every morning the same few things and no Italian specialities at all. I always book 4* hotels, so I expected much more in this aspect. If they decrease the room rates and serve much better and broaden selection of breakfast this will be a very good 3* hotel.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet area yet just a short walk from the bustling pedestrian walkway. It offered the best of both worlds - peace and tranquility, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We also loved the fact that the beach was right on our doorstep, with free sunbeds and bikes available for use. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially the bar staff who were always friendly and attentive. The spa facilities were a real treat, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. we felt that this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Nice view. On our honeymoon we will invited with some fresh fruits :) we used this accomodation when visiting venice - great idea !!

Excellent rooms on a great location. Directly on the beach side in the touristic centre of Lido di Jesolo. Great restaurants in the vincinity.

Do not have breakfast after 9am. After this time most of the food will be finished and will not be added. After this time no tables are cleaned anymore and it is hard to find a clean table with cutlery.

The hotel does offer free sunbeds at the beach, and the breakfast they serve is pretty good. the location is also quite central, so it's easy to get around to other nearby places. Plus, the staff there are super friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked and the bathrooms were quite cramped.

Located in a very convenient location in Lido di Jesolo. Very nice and friendly staff. Many free services: towels and sun loungers on the beach, bicycle rental, WiFi. Highly recommend it!

the breakfast there wasn't a lot of choice there was just egg's or beckon, when we booked it say that there was only one double room left and when we got there the holet was nearly empty with lot's or room free.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with variety. Clean and functional beach property. Outstanding wellness center. Convenient location for shopping.

Located on the seaside has his own beach

Very simple interior - no decoration They promised that all rooms are facing the sea front. This is not true.just very few rooms have the sea view. All others facing the garage side, street side . If you look on the side you probably will see the small part of the sea. no garden, there no trees or gardens, or parks in this location. Just people, and hotels and shops.

- staff is helpful (except in restaurant) - free wifi/ but at evenings getting very slow - clean room - free parking

- the world's most uncomfortable toilet - breakfest: every morning the same, no vegetable at all - staff in the restaurant is unfriendly - "industrial" and expensive restaurant

We loved how clean and well-maintained everything was at this hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect - it was right near the beach and in the centre of this city, making it easy to explore. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast options.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. Location was perfect, right on the beach with amazing sea views. Loved having free beach towels and allocated sun beds. The restaurant was fantastic, food was delicious with plenty of options. Best of all was the staff. They were really friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.
